We require a credit card to hold all appointments. This card will be charged in the event of late cancellations or no-show occurrences.
We kindly ask for 18 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 18 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service. No calls / no shows / late cancellations (under 12 hours) will be charged for the full service.
For groups or parties of 3 of more, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your whole party will be charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your whole party will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. No calls / no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee plus 20% gratuity.
This is done in order to provide our staff a living wage and to make sure they are compensated for their time. We are a predominantly appointment based salon that schedules our staff appropriately according to appointments booked. Last minute cancellations give us no opportunity or time to fill that opening. Please be considerate of our small business policy.
